My journey through forensic science has been nothing short of an extraordinary adventure.
From my academic foundation – BSc. in Physiology, University of Ibadan in Nigeria, to MSc. in Criminalistics, California State University in Los Angeles – through real-life service as a Criminalist with the City of Long Beach (CLB), I continue to weave a humbling yet rewarding path for myself in this industry – a path embraced by accountability, community, and continued opportunities. Prior to CLB, I worked with the City of Lemoore and the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner as an Evidence Technician and a Graduate Research Student/Volunteer respectively.
Outside the rush of on-call duties and the precision of dispatch responses, you’ll find me spending time in my booth as a Voice Over Artist, surfing through the tech world as a Graphics Designer, Web Builder, and Editor, and prepping fruit platters for a variety of occasions.
To relax, I’m either walking, lifting weights, running miles, staying grounded with yoga or indulging in delightful morsels as needed!
