I am the Lead Fingerprint Technician with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department CAL-ID Bureau. Since 2017, I have led the Bureau’s Facial Recognition Unit, contributing to writing the County’s Facial Recognition policy and training other users. I am an active member of the IAI, CSDIAI, and SCAFO, and I have proudly served on the Executive Board since 2017, advancing from Jr Director to Secretary, and currently the President.
I also hold memberships in the Facial Identification Scientific Working Group (FISWG) and the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) Facial & Iris Identification Subcommittee, where I am privileged to serve as the Vice Chair.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino, and a Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University.
My husband and I are dedicated members of our church community, and I enjoy immersing myself in true crime podcasts during my downtime.
